Bank Artha Graha’s Capital Strengthens

PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk. decided not to distribute dividends from net profit for the fiscal year 2020. All of last year’s net profit was used to strengthen the company’s capital structure and business expansion. The decision is contained in the summary of the minutes of the annual general meeting of shareholders held Monday (23/8/2021).
