Berkah Beton Sadaya’s Board of Directors

The issuer of ready mix and precast concrete producer PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk. (BEBS) reshuffled the ranks of the board of commissioners and directors at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Berkah Beton President Director Hasan Muldhani said the appointment and dismissal of members of the board of directors and commissioners through the GMS is one of the powers of the shareholders.
