Indika Energy Acquisition in Kideco Finished on November

PT Indika Energy, Tbk (INDY IJ) plan to acquire PT Kideco Jaya Agung is estimate to be finished by the end of November, with financing will rely on internal cash and directly to Samtan Co. Ltd. Time of payment upon closing of the transaction that is estimated to be November 22, 2017, or another date agreed to by the parties. For the record, company will buy as much as 100,139 shares or around 40% owned Samtan Co. Ltd in PT Kideco Jaya Agung with transaction value of USD610mn.
