PP Properti Bulk Selling. The international rating agency Fitch Ratings has lowered the long-term national rating of PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) from BBB- to CCC. Fitch said that the downgrade of PPRO reflected a weak liquidity condition, which could lead to an increase in refinancing risk.
