Private Placement 15 Billion Shares of Acset

PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST) has obtained approval from shareholders regarding the plan to Increase Capital Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD) or private placement. The approval was through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on August 18, 2021.
