Two Causes Agriculture Sector Shares Fell. During January 2020, the agriculture sector stock index became the index with the deepest decline, namely 12.58%. This figure exceeded the decline in the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) which dropped 5.71% to 5,940.05. This is in line with the decline in the price of shares in it which are dominantly filled by crude palm oil (CPO) producing companies.
