Adhi Allocate 25% LRT City Project for Low-Income Communities

PT Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk (ADHI IJ) allocates 25% of Light Rail Transit (LRT) City project for a residential targeting low-income communities, with a price limit in accordance government regulations. Company is planning 6,000 units, from LRT City Eastern Green Bekasi 3,200 units in four towers, LRT City Gateway Park Jaticempaka 1,600 units in two towers, LRT City Urban Signature Ciracas 1,200 units in two towers, and LRT City Sentul Royal Park are still design.
