Apartment Sale Support Rimo’s Profit

Since switching to property business, the sale of Rimo International, Tbk (RIMO:IJ) surged drastically, even made it out of the loss. Until the end of September 2017, Rimo sales surged 27 times to IDR247.08Bn. While still in the retail business in 3Q16, the company only recorded sales of IDR9.16Bn.
