Austindo Sold Darajat Geothermal Indonesia

PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk (ANJT IJ) finished sell its investment in PT Darajat Geothermal Indonesia, to Star Energy Geothermal (Darajat-Salak) BV and PT Barito Pacific, Tbk (BRPT IJ), totally worth USD30.14mn. Company’s sales action completed by September 2017. In addition to efficiency, Austindo is also stopped the sale of the tobacco business.
