Bank BRI Acquires Bahana Artha Ventura

Deputy of Ministry of State Owned Enterprise (SOE) expects to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk (BBRI IJ) to acqire PT Bahana Artha Ventura this year. Ministry of SOE is speeding up the process of establishment, and expected to finished next year. For the record, government is preparing the scheme for the establishment of SOE Bank’s subsidiary.
