Delta Dunia Makmur’s On Hand Contract Worth USD1.6Bn

Delta Dunia Makmur, Tbk (DOID IJ), a mining contractor company, had as many as nine main contract worth USD1.6bn until 2019. The ninth contracts such are: (1). Adaro (Paringin); (2). Kideco, (3). Berau Coal (Lati); (4). Berau Coal (Suaran); (5). Berau Coal (Binungan); (6). KPC Bengalon; (7). Darma Henwa; (8). Sungai Danau Jaya; and (9). Tadjahan Antang Mineral. Both Berau Coal and Kideco are two biggest Delta Dunia Makmur’s revenue contributor, around 51% and 17% in 1Q2016 respectively.

Delta Dunia Makmur’s on hand contract has reached USD1.6bn until year 2019, and potentially increase over still exploitation of new projects this year. For the record, the Company’s income worth USD127mn in the period 1Q2016, grew by more than 4% compare the same period of the previous year USD122mn. While the net profit worth USD3mn, grew from its previous year which loss USD10mn in the same period. Delta Dunia Makmur set its target conservatively for year 2016, as its currently coal project. On the other hand, the Company set its capital expenditures between USD80mn up to USD120mn in year 2016.
