Duta Intidaya’s Right Issue Worth IDR66Bn

PT Duta Intidaya, Tbk (DAYA IJ), a health and beauty products retailer, will increase its capital through right issue offering as much as 343 million new shares, targeting total fund worth IDR66bn. Nominal value of the new shares at level IDR100 per share. The new shares issuance is equivalent to 14.17% from issued and fully-paid capital after right issue.
