Indosat will Issue Sukuk Ijarah IDR700Bn

PT Indosat, Tbk (ISAT IJ) will issue Shelf Registered Sukuk Ijarah II Tranche II Year 2017, with ijarah return worth IDR700bn in early November 2017. The proceeds will be used for the payment of the cost of usage rights (BHP) frequency spectrum to the government each year, for the use of the cellular frequency bands 850MHz; 1,800MHz; and 2,100MHz. These issuance is part of the Ongoing Public Offering (PUB) Shelf Registered Sukuk Ijarah II Indosat totally worth IDR1trn.
