PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama, Tbk (JKON IJ) is acquires 9,685 share of PT Jakarta Tollroad Development, with total price worth IDR63.55bn. The transaction has executed on October 5, 2017, with price of the share worth IDR6,652,254 per share. For the record, the transaction has parted of the right issue I in 2013, while in 2016, the company took part of the PT Jakarta Tollroad Development as much as 23,493 shares C series.
