Kimia Farma Finished its Acquisition in Dwaa

PT Kimia Farma, Tbk (KAEF IJ) continued the process of acquisition of Dwaa Medical Limited. The acquisition process is scheduled to be in accordance, or in October expected has been completed. Company’s acquisition made Kimia Farma became a majority shareholder, or around 60% of Dwaa Medical shares. For the record, value of acquisition no less than IDR100bn, with source of fund from Kimia Farma’s medium term notes (MTN) worth IDR1trn.
