Kino Indonesia Form Two Joint Venture

PT Kino Indonesia, Tbk (KINO IJ) formed two as much as two joint ventures in Indonesia and Thailand, together with Malee Capital Company Limited to encourage product sales as well as body care and maintenance products. The company will become the majority shareholder of 51% of the shares in PT Indonesia Malee Kino. The company also will be minority shareholders amounted to 49% of the shares in the Malee Kino (Thailand) Company Limited.
