As well as, KINO Liquidates Subsidiaries. Kino Indonesia Tbk (KINO IJ) has liquidated joint ventures of Kino Malee Indonesia and Malee Kino (Thailand) Company Limited. This is done as a form of streamlining the organizational structure and changes in the company’s business capital. It was approved based on the circular decision of the shareholders in lieu of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
