Medco Acquires Saratoga Power Worth USD129.21Mn

PT Medco Energi, Tbk (MEDC IJ) is acquiring 77.68% shares (equivalent to USD129.21mn) of PT Saratoga Power. According to the Deed of Acquisition of Asset, PT Saratoga Sentra Business and S Asia III Luxembourg S.A.R.L are the seller this acquisition of all subscribed and paid up capital in PT Saratoga Power.
