Mega Manunggal Right Issue Worth IDR1Trn

PT Mega Manunggal Property, Tbk (MMLP IJ) planned to increase its capital through right issue with fund target totaling IDR1.07trn. Company offers as many as 1.85 billion new shares with a nominal value of IDR100 per share, its exercise price at level IDR580 per share. For the record, company’s shareholder will experience a dilution of shares up to 24.5%, with right issue conversion ratio 1,000 old shares owns to 325 new shares.
