Megapolitan Development Increasing its Apartment Projects

PT Megapolitan Developments, Tbk (EMDE IJ) is increasing its recurring income from apartment projects, such as roof-topped apartment, the Sky tower and Cloud tower in Cinere Depok, to support its pre-sales performance. Company will only release its 80% of existing units to consumers, and the rest will be used for rental apartment investment.
