Pakuwon Jati’s Net Profit IDR3.38Trn in 1H18

Pakuwon Jati, Tbk (PWON:IJ) recorded its net profit worth IDR3.38Trn, or growth 14.4% YoY from 1H17 at IDR2.95Trn. The management stated that 49% of 1H18 revenue is contributed by recurring revenue that is recorded at IDR1.66Trn, growth 19.2% YoY, coming from malls and hotels.
