Panorama’s Subsidiary Established New Company

PT Panorama Sentrawisata, Tbk (PANR IJ) through its subsidiary, PT Mitra Global Holiday, was established a new company namely PT Mitra Global Kapital on October 18, 2017. The basic capital of Mitra Global Kapital is worth IDR10bn, derived of 1 million shares with nominal value IDR10,000 per share, and its issued and fully paid capital worth IDR2.5bn. While, Mitra Global Holiday doing a direct investment of IDR2.49bn or equivalent to 99% shares.
