Smartfren Diluted 49% after Private Placement

PT Smartfren Telecom, Tbk (FREN IJ) will issue 150 billion shares or equivalent to 49% of issued and fully paid. This percentage is also illustrated the effect of dilution of corporate action. Previously, company is plan to offering Limited Convertible Bond III to improve its performance. As of company’s current shareholders are: PT Bali Media Telekomunikasi as much as 31.13%, followed by PT Wahana Inti Nusantara 29.65%, PT Global Nusa Data 27.40%, while public under 5% as much as 11.81%.
