Trada Maritime’s Right Issue Worth IDR6Trn

PT Trada Maritime, Tbk (TRAM IJ) is seek for fresh fund up to IDR6trn through right issue in 4Q2017. The proceeds will be used to acquire the shares of PT Semeru Infra Energi, and PT SMR Utama, Tbk (SMRU IJ). While the remaining, will be used for Trada Maritime’s subsidiaries working capital.
