Trikomsel Private Placement 20 Billion Shares

PT Trikomsel Oke, Tbk (TRIO IJ), a telecommunications device seller, is planning its new shares through private placement, by as much as 20 billion shares, with nominal value at IDR100 per share for Series A, and IDR50 per share for Series B. The private placement was approved by company’s extraordinary shareholder general meeting on June 22, 2017, and the execution will be held on October 23, 2017.
