Visi Media Plans to Issue Bonds

PT Visi Media Asia, Tbk (VIVA IJ) are conducting a related discussion of the process of bonds issuance within the country and abroad. The purpose of bonds issuance are to lower the level of company’s loan interest expenses. In addition, company will refinancing its debt worth UDS230mn through a new loan facility with eight international financial institution syndication.
