Bank Artha Graha Subdebt Worth IDR 300 Billion

The management of PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional (INPC) revealed that the company’s shareholders will commit to fulfilling a minimum core capital of IDR 3 trillion before December 2022 as required by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). OJK does require commercial bank core capital last year to be at least Rp 1 trillion, this year Rp 2 trillion, and next year it must be Rp 3 trillion, according to OJK regulation No 12/2020.
