Bank BTN Due Diligence amidst Acquisition of Danareksa Finance

The acquisition process of Danareksa Finance by Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk (BBTN:IJ) still continues. The acquisition process is expected to be completed by the end of 2017. Currently, acquisition process is still at the due diligence stage, and Bank BTN target will acquired ownership of Danareksa Finance up to 80%.
