Bank Mandiri’s Deposit Investment is no Longer Profitable

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk (BMRI IJ) estimates in the next two years investment in deposits, will no longer be profitable amidst the banking deposit interest rate continues to decline. For the record, Bank Indonesia has lowered its reference rate 7-days repo rate of 25bps to 4.25%, with an inflation rate at 3%.
