Total maturing bonds in January amounted to IDR 1.1trn, of which IDR500bn is owned by Bank Nagari and the rest belong to Danareksa and Bima Multifinance. In the face of upcoming maturing bond, Bank Nagari is issuing IDR500bn bond and IDR100bn sukuk which will be listed in 11 January. The new issued bond will be tenured 5y (due 8 January 2021) and carried 10.95% whilst the sukuk return will be floated. Other regional bank namely Bank NTT or Bank East Nusa Tenggara plans to issue IDR1-2trillion bond this year after delaying issuance last year. For the record, Bank NTT has the bond due on July 2016 namely Bond I 2011 Serie C worth IDR 230bn.
