Barito Pacific Acquisitions 5% of Austindo’s Stake

PT Barito Pacific, Tbk (BRPT IJ) acquisitions as many as 2.99 million shares (equivalent to almost 5% stake) from PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya, totaling worth IDR20.11bn. Company signed the Deed of Share Purchase Agreement with George Santosa Tahija as the seller in the amount of 1,000 shares (0.002%) of total issued of PT Darajat Geothermal Indonesia (DGI) equivalent to IDR6.42bn. For the record, George Santosa is one of the commissioner of Austindo Nusantara Jaya.
