Chandra Asri’s Right Issue Worth IDR5.03Trn

PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical, Tbk (TPIA IJ), is simply the largest integrated olefins and polyolefins producer in Indonesia, has successfully completed its rights issue worth IDR5.03trn. After this corporate action, company’s total outstanding shares increased by 279,741,494 shares became 3,566,704,052 shares, with public’s composition shares became 9.06%.
