CIMB Niaga Confiscates Modern’s Asset Collateral in the Bank

PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk (BNGA IJ) confiscated the asset of PT Modern International, Tbk (MDRN IJ) and its subsidiary namely PT Modern Sevel Indonesia, which were collateral in the bank worth IDR124bn. Its collateral was confiscated by the bank, is to repay Modern’s loan since shutting down 7 Eleven in last June 2017.
