Compulsory Tender of Agro Yasa Lestari Shares

PT Anugrah Cakrawala Dunia started a mandatory tender offer for all remaining shares of PT Agro Yasa Lestari Tbk (AYLS) today, Wednesday 28 April to 27 May 2021. The mandatory tender offer for 258.70 million shares or 30.3% of Agro Yasa’s paid-in capital is carried out at an exercise price of Rp 50.74 per share.
