CSAP Acquires 60% of Catur Berkat Bersama’s Shares

PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana, Tbk (CSAP IJ), the largest building materials distributor and building materials supermarket chain in Indonesia, is acquire as much as 60% of the new company’s shares, namely PT Catur Berkat Bersama. The new subsidiary’s core business is in the lease and building management, and contractor’s business.
