Djarum Acquires Solusi Tunas Pratama

The telecommunication tower issuer belonging to the Djarum Group, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), plans to acquire the shares of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) which is currently controlled by PT Kharisma Indah Ekaprima. In the information disclosure document submitted by the Corporate Secretary of TOWR, Irfan Ghazali.
