GMF Aero Asia will be Listed on IDX

PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia (Persero) (GMF), a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (GIAA IJ), will be listed its shares on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this month. GMF offering 2,823,351,100 new shares or 10% from the total issued, and paid up capital after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). For the record, GMF already receive the IPO’s effective statement from Financial Service Authority (OJK) last week.
