PT Hotel Mandarine Regency, Tbk (HOME IJ) was held an extraordinary general shareholders meeting, with the result was announced that the its parent company, Goodway Hotel, received the approval of the loans transfer from PT TEZ Capital and Finance to PT Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk, including Bank Maspion will provide the loan guarantee. Company hope the result of extraordinary general shareholder meeting can improve the company’s financial condition.
