Indika Energy Bond Oversubscribed 6 Times

PT Indika Energy, Tbk (INDY IJ)’s bond experienced a 6 times oversubscribed. Bonds worth USD575mn has a coupon rate at level 5.875% and re-offer yield at level 6.125%. The proceeds will be used as one of funding for purchase of an additional 45% stake in PT Kideco Jaya Agung.
