Indika Energy Increase its Ownership in Kodeco

PT Indika Energy, Tbk (INDY IJ), a diversified energy companies with operations in coal mining, coal mining contracting, oil and gas EPC contracting, and power plants, plans to increase its ownership in Kideco. Company will buy an additional 40% share from Samtan Co. Ltd, and 5% from Muji Inti Utama totaling USD677.50mn.
