Indofood ICB Allocates USD20Mn to Increase Ownership in its Subsidiaries

Indofood ICB Sukses Makmur, Tbk (ICBP:IJ) prepares USD20Mn funds in order to increase its ownership in two subsidiaries, which are joint venture company with Asahi Group Holdings Southeast Asia Pte Ltd. Asahi intends to sell a 51% stake in Asahi Indofood Beverage Makmur, and about 49% stake in Indofood Asahi Success Beverage.To subscribe please click here
