Indosat Issue Bond Worth IDR2.72Trn

PT Indosat, Tbk (ISAT IJ) is plan to issue Shelf Registered Bond II Tranche II Year 2017 worth IDR2.72trn in early November 2017. The proceed will be issued for the payment of the debt, and the payment of the cost of the rights of use of radio frequency spectrum. These bond will be divided into five series with coupon rate range between 6.15% to 8.65%.
