Indotan Lombok Increased Ancora’s Economic Value

PT Ancora Indonesia Resources, Tbk (OKAS IJ) acrquired Indotan Lombok Pte Ltd worth USD2mn, to increase Ancora’s economic value for the long-term. On the other hand, the asset will be optimized through synergy among the company’s subsidiary. For the record, Indotan Lombok Pte Ltd has 90% stake in PT Indotan Lombok Barat Bankit, the owner of mining permit in Lombok Barat.
