Intikeramik Acquires Property Companies

PT Intikeramik Alamsari Industri, Tbk (IKAI IJ), through right issue as much as 3,323,811,901 share with nominal price IDR100 per share or total around IDR355bn, seek fresh fund to acquires some property companies. Intikeramik will acquires PT Realindo Sapta Optima, PT Mahkota Artha Mas, PT Mahkota Properti Indo, and PT Mahkota Properti Indo Medan.
