Kimia Farma’s Rights Issue

Pharmaceutical issuer PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF) has the approval of shareholders to hold additional capital with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) or rights issue. This rights issue plan was approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held on Wednesday (18/7).
