Lippo Cikarang Right Issue of IDR800Bn

Lippo Cikarang, Tbk (LPCK:IJ) intends to issue new shares through right issue with total value of IDR800Bn. Company will issue new shares with an exercise price of IDR3,800 per share. Shareholders who do not implement the right issue, will diluted to 27.04%. These corporate actions has been approval of shareholders at extraordinary shareholders general meeting on November 8, 2017.
