Lippo Release DIRE Worth IDR40Trn Next Year

Lippo Group planned to release the collective investment contract fund real estate investment (DIRE) in the next year, with a value of more than IDR40trn. It has released two real estate investment trusts (REITs) with a value of approximately IDR35trn to IDR40trn in Singapore. Lippo Group is ready to repeat the success of the publication of the REITs in Singapore on next year in Indonesia. While the proceed of DIRE next year will be used for the development of the Meikarta project. The project is ready to be used as DIRE is the Mall and infrastructure.
