Matahari Putra Prima to Raise IDR806.7Bn from Right Issue

Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk (MPPA:IJ) is planning to offer 2.15 Bn new shares at IDR375/share, according to stock exchange filing on Monday, July 2 2018. Existing shareholders will get two new shares for every five shares held. From this right issue, about 93.7% of the funds will be used for the the company’s working capital whereas the rest to partially repay debt to Bank of China Ltd.To subscribe please click here
