MKNT Stock Split 1:5

PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara, Tbk (MKNT IJ) will split its stock’s nominal value with a ratio 1:5. Previously, company’s stock nominal value at IDR100 per share, and after stock split the nominal value will be at IDR20 per share. The corporate action has been approved in extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Jakarta October 16, 2017. Company’s stock split carried out to multiply the number of shares, and could be more liquid.
