Mulia Divestment its Subsidiary

PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk (MLIA IJ) decide to terminate its ceramics business with divestment its subsidiary, namely PT Muliakeramik Indahraya, to PT Eka Gunatama Mandiri worth IDR425bn. Company signed a deed of transfer of the shares as much as 799.2 million shares, or equivalent 99.9% ownership in Muliakeramik to Eka Gunatama, on October 23, 2017.
